David has been helping organizations achieve human performance and service process excellence for over 21 years. He has worked with companies of all sizes and industries. His career has taken him to the UK, Ireland, Canada, and India where he’s been responsible for process improvement initiatives on a global scale.
Prior to starting The Iago Group, David worked with such companies as Aon Consulting, VCampus eLearning, CVS Caremark, the New Hampshire SPCA, Enterasys Networks, Direct Capital, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and the Government of Nova Scotia, Canada.
David is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is ITIL certified through Pink Elephant. David has also spoken at assorted industry conferences hosted by ASQ, Pink Elephant, the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
David has an M.S. in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, where he also taught.
